2 lbs Smoked sausage or kielbasa, fully cooked
3/4 C Brown sugar
1 C Chunky applesauce
2 T Dijon mustard
2 Garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
Cut sausage into 1- or 2-inch long pieces.
Combine all ingredients in slow-cooker. Cook on low until thoroughly heated (about six hours).
Serve over rice or as appetizer.
Yield: 4-6 servings as main dish or 12 servings as appetizer
