Turnip and Carrot Slow-Cooker Beef Stew

Ingredients:

3 T Dried Minced Onion
3 C Carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
2 Turnips, peeled and cut into chunks
3 Celery Ribs, sliced
2/3 C Tomato Paste
4 C Beef Broth
1 t Dried Ground Thyme
1 T Dried Parsley
1 t Dried Oregano
1 t Salt
1 t Pepper
2 T Olive Oil
3/4 t Garlic Powder
2-3 lbs Beef Stew Meat, cut into bite-size pieces

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in slow-cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Salt to taste. 

Yield: 6 Servings
