1 Pound Ground Turkey
1/2 t Dried Rubbed Sage
1/2 t Dried Marjoram
1/4- 1/2 t Ground Thyme
1/4 t Ground Allspice
1/4 t Black Pepper
3/4 t Kosher Salt
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1/2 T Maple Syrup
Olive Oil
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except olive oil.
Form into patties and fry both sides on medium-low in olive oil.
