Spicy Pumpkin Chili

Ingredients:

1 lb Ground beef
1/2 t Crushed red pepper flakes
1 t Minced garlic
1/2 Large onion, diced
1 Green bell pepper, chopped
1 Red bell pepper, chopped
1 15 oz Can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 oz Can Black beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 oz Can Great northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 8 oz Can Tomato sauce
1 4 oz Can Tomato sauce with garlic and onions
2 14.5 oz Cans Diced tomatoes
1 14.5 oz Can Fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 15 oz Can Pumpkin purée (or fresh)
2 t Pumpkin pie spice
2 t Chili powder
1 t Ground cumin
1 t Salt

Directions:

In a large pot, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Stir in red pepper flakes, garlic and onion. Continue cooking until onion has become translucent. Add bell peppers and cook for five minutes. 

Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 hours.
