Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

2/3 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 C Balsamic Vinegar
1 T Red Wine Vinegar
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1/2 Scant teaspoon Ground Mustard
2 T Lemon Juice

Directions:

Whisk all ingredients together and serve at room temperature. 

Yield: 1 Cup
